What is the StockX Returns Policy?
StockX follows a strict return policy and all returns require the customer to send the company’s customer service team a written message within 3 days of receiving your item, (only EU and UK customers). They do not offer returns or exchanges for international customers. You may also have to return the product within 3 days of receiving it to get a refund.

If you already received your item, the right of withdrawal ends 14 days after the beginning of the withdrawal period. For example, You received your ordered item on Monday, 1st March 2021. The withdrawal period begins on Tuesday, 2nd March 2021. The withdrawal period ends with the expiration on Tuesday, 16th March 2021.
