They ship worldwide with DHL Express, for the fastest & most reliable service. Their return policy is the same for both national and international returns. The return postage is at the buyer’s own cost and risk. 

In case of a faulty product being delivered, the company requests the buyer to get in touch with their customer service team at the email –  customercare@arneclo.com. You will also have to include the images of the damaged/faulty product in the email.

Once your product has been successfully returned, the return department will begin processing it. This includes inspecting the item for any damage/odors and then arranging for a refund, exchange, or replacement.

This entire process should take around 10 days, during which, a notification shall be sent when the return has been actioned.
