What is the Justfab Returns Policy?
- If for any reason you are not content with your order, they accept returns and exchanges within 60 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with the original packaging.

- They recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffs and scratches. Handbags, jewelry, and accessories must be returned with all pieces included and intact, and earrings unworn. Apparel must also be returned unworn, with all tags still attached.

- Return for JustFab membership or store credit for free ;
- Exchange for another item for free;
- Return for a refund. Return shipping and handling for non-contiguous US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APOs, is $9.
Please note that any membership or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card. Rewards points associated with the purchase will be deducted from your account if you do choose a refund.
