What is Trekitt’s Return Policy?

The return policy of Trekitt states that if the customers wish to change their mind after purchasing any product from the company, they must do it within 48 hours from the time of purchase. 

Some points must be followed while returning any item purchased from the Trekitt. 

• Items must be returned within 2 days from purchase. Any excuses after that will not be accepted. 
• Items are eligible for unlimited time returns only if it is returned in original, undamaged and unworn condition. 
• All the products must have the original tags and labels attached while returning. 
• If there is any sign of tampering or contamination in the product, Trekitt won’t accept any return.
• Retain the postage proof unless the Trekitt receives the returned product.

All the refunds are processed within 3-5 days after Trekitt receives the product. If there is any further delay, you can contact your respective bank or e payment gateway to get more information. 

Return Eligibility:

Most of the products purchased from Trekitt are eligible for a refund. Some exceptions are listed below in the table:

There are two different modes of refunding the amount back to the customer’s account.

Card.	Once the refunds are processed, the customer will receive an e receipt. Refunds are received within 2 days of processing. In case of a busy schedule, Trekitt can take up to 7 days.

How to return Trekitt’s Product?

The Trekitt return policy is straightforward, and you must follow some steps to return any item purchased from Trekitt. 

• Please fill up the return form online and download it.
• Pack your goods in original packing condition and place them for a return.
• Send the parcel by a trackable courier method.
• Keep the postage as proof of return unless Trekitt receives the package.
