What is the ‘AMARA’ Cancellation Policy?
AMARA gives cancellation rights to the customers for the goods you have ordered at any time up to the end of 14 days from the date you receive the ordered goods. The customers are not required to give any reason for cancellation, nor will they be required to pay a penalty.
Customers cannot cancel perishable goods. To cancel the contracts, you will need to email AMARA living at email@example.com. There are certain criteria regarding our cancellation eligibility, explained below.
AMARA is unable to cancel or amend the orders once it has been dispatched. You can return your order once received. We do not ask you to give a reason for cancellation.
What is the ‘AMARA’ Refund Policy?
The refunds are processed within 3 working days. We will inform you via email as soon as we process your return and issue a refund to the payment method used to place the order. You can contact us after 14 days if you have not received a refund.
- You must clearly mark outside the package with the words, ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid import duty for all kinds of international returns. Any import duty costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Upon receipt of the goods, we will credit the purchaser within 48 hours with the purchasing price minus any handling charges. We are not responsible for any refund of carriage or postage.
- If the goods need to be returned by freight, the customer will have to bear the cost, although, AMARA can arrange for freight services, if required.
- AMARA return policy differs for Bugatti products and oversized furniture.
- We do not have an exchange policy.
- AMARA abides by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015 ACT, and accordingly, if you place an order online or by phone, you are entitled to a full refund if you present in writing within 14 days of receipt of your goods. This includes standard delivery charges levied on your order, but excludes charges incurred in returning the product. If a return is not requested within 14 days, the purchase price will be refunded, but the delivery costs incurred by us will not be borne by us.
- AMARA recommends getting an insured service to ensure the safe arrival of the return. If the product arrives in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to deduct the amount taken to rectify the damage from the refund amount.

How to Cancel/Refund an Order?
If your item is not eligible for a free return, follow the below instructions to place a return request:
- Log in to your AMARA account.(you can create an account if you do not have one).
- Find the items you wish to return and then follow the instructions online.
You will have 30 days to return your item from the date of delivery. The item needs to be new, unused, and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.
- For oversized furniture returns, you will need 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it.
- The cost to return your furniture is £100 (USD130 Approx). Any costs incurred by the customer for delivery will not be refunded.
