  • Returns are not available for some health and hygiene products like underwear, socks, masks, and personalized products. Also, if your item is soiled or tainted with any odor then such product will also not be refunded.
  • You have 90 days from the receipt to return your goods. 
  • For initiating a return, fill in the return form that comes with your order. 
  • Now, repack your returning goods in the original packaging and place the filled-in return form in the parcel. 
  • Finally, send back your parcel via any reputed courier service. 
  • Your return will be processed within a few days and you will be refunded as per your original payment method. 
  • Online purchases must be sent back via post whereas in-store purchases have to be returned to the store only. 
  • You have to bear your return shipping expenses.

  • For orders placed prior to 02/03/22, overseas customers are entitled to return their order to us for a refund, provided the above conditions are met, however, they ask that the customer cover the costs of returning the item(s) to their warehouse.
