Pour Moi Ltd is a British multinational fashion, lingerie & swimwear retailer, which has its headquarters in Brighton, England. Pour Moi has one store based in Chester and sells online to over 50 countries worldwide.

Since it caters to a worldwide customer base, often faulty product deliveries or wrong dispatches happen. To help its customers manage their refunds or returns, they have created the Pour Moi Returns Policy.

What is the Pour Moi Returns Policy 

UK Customers

Customers have 90 days to send back their items for FREE. All that the company asks is that items meet the following conditions:

• All items are unworn, with all labels still attached.
• Swimwear must have the hygiene strip and must be intact, hosiery and socks must be unopened. ( for hygiene reasons)
• Once they’ve processed your return, they will email you to confirm & provide you with a refund.
• You will be refunded the purchase price of your item (including sale stock).
• Gift boxes, gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How does it Work?

To allow them to refund you as quickly as possible, they have taken returns online! Simply follow the steps below to generate your return.  

• To start your return, head to their return portal (you’ll need your WEBORDER number handy).
• Select what items you’d like to return and why. 
• Select your chosen return method.
• Done! Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point! 
• You will be sent an email to confirm your item has been received and processed.

International Customers

Customers have  90 days to send back their items. All we ask is that items meet the following conditions:

• Once they have processed your return, they will email you to confirm & provide you with a refund.
• You will be refunded the purchase price of your item (including sale stock).
• Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

International return	All tags and packaging must be intact.The product must be in new and unused condition.Try to use insured parcel services to return your package internationally.Always have the proof of postage with you.You need to pay for your own return postage cost.
