In-Store Return	Must have proof of purchase with you. All store returns are based on manager discretion. You can return it within Twenty Eight days from the date of purchase. Return through Royal mail	Royal Mail return service is free of cost. Always includes your invoice with your parcel. The product should be in unused and undamaged condition. All tags and original packing should be intact. Once your return is received, it will take 7-10 working days to be processed and get a refund. If you don’t possess a printer, you can take the QR code image from the website to the Royal mail office. They will print the return label for your post. Please pack your parcel correctly while keeping all the paperwork with it correctly. Take your parcel and return it using Royal mail return.
International Return	All tags and packaging must be intact. The product must be in new and in unused condition. Always have the proof of postage with you. You need to pay to ship your return product to the Saltrock warehouse.  If your package items are lost in transit, they will not be refunded. So keep your post slip with you all the time. 1. You can surely get a full refund if you return your product within 28 days from purchase.
2. If you cancel your product within 14 days of order, you are eligible for a full refund.
3. Your product should not be damaged or tampered with. If your product is in tampered state, a full refund will be declined.
4. Saltrock will bear the returning charges if your product is faulty. However, it can only refund up to £3.50 ($4.60) for shipping charges.
5. Refund will be processed within ten working days of the items received.
