What is the Pai Skincare Returns Policy?
Pai Skincare follows a free 90 days returns policy wherein customers have 90 days after receiving the product to decide whether they want it or not. If they wish to return, they can do so within 90 days by following their easy returns process and they’ll either help you find a better match or give you a full refund.
How does it Work?
- Step 1 – Visit paiskincare.com/returns to arrange your return.
- Step 2 – They’ll send you all the info you need to send your products back to them.
- Step 3 – When they reach them they’ll send your new products or refund.
All UK orders include a free returns label for easy posting. They’ll cover the postage.
To arrange your return, please fill out their online returns form. Once you have completed this, details on how to send the products back to them will be emailed to you shortly after.
How Much Will it Cost?

For UK returns, please use the free returns label included with your order. If you no longer have this, click here to print out a new one.
If you are outside of the UK, they don’t currently have a free returns label. Instead, you’ll need to pay the initial cost of postage, and they will reimburse you. Once you have posted the product, email a picture of your postage receipt to their Customer Experience Team and they’ll refund this straight away.

Return and Refund Eligibility
- If you are returning your entire order then they kindly ask that you also send back any free gifts that you’ve received. Please don’t worry about returning the two free samples. They’re happy for you to keep those or pass them into a friend if they’re not suitable.
- It is important that you keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund has been processed. They cannot be held responsible for missing returns.
- Finally, this policy is in place for customers who purchase directly from Pai Skincare. If you bought your products from one of their stockists, please contact them first to arrange your return.
