Lullabellz’s return policy allows customers to return their hair extensions if they are unsatisfied with the type and colour. They offer you 30 days for returning the product with the hygiene sticker stuck on it. The package must be in original looking condition.

However, Lullabellz will deduct 4.75 pounds from the refunded amount while returning any order. Refund of any item purchased from the company will not include the postage cost. Lullabellz takes around 3-5 working days to process the refund.

All the refunds for the returns are cleared through the original mode of payment.

Collect Plus Returns

  • Create a label by selecting the “Print at home” or “ Print In-Store “ option.
  • Stick the label to the package that is to be returned. ( Make sure that the label covers the existing delivery options.)
  • Drop the package at Collect+, informed by the Yodel locations.
  • Once delivered, you will receive a receipt from the shopkeeper. 
  • Ensure to keep the receipt for tracking the return unless Lullabellz gets it. 

Collect plus packages must weigh less than 10kgs.

Royal Mail Returns.

  • Choose the retailer you wish to return the product to.
  • Print your return label for the package.
  • Take the item to the post office or customer service point or arrange a collection method to return the product.
