Refund Eligibility of TUI

TUI refund policy is only applicable when/if the customer cancels their booking within the cancellation period. If done within 24 hours, customers may be able to secure a 100% refund on all of their orders.

TUI only starts the refund request after the customer has canceled and filled out a refund form. The great part about the TUI refund policy is that you have up to a year from the date of booking to complete it out. However, if you fail to fill out the form a year, you will never receive a refund.
