While requesting a refund from SSENSE, customers must also have a copy of the postage. Any request for a refund will be rejected if the customers fail to provide a copy of the postage when asked. Refunds are initiated within five days from the date of cancellation.

Once SSENSE accepts the return, the refund process will begin. All refunds will be credited within five days from issuing the return, and the amount will be returned to the actual mode of payment. You must contact your respective bank for more details in case of further delay.

  • Login to your account and visit order history.
  • Request prepaid return label. ( PPL ).
  • Return, and PPL instructions will be sent to you through your mail-id. 
  • Print out the label and follow the instructions properly.

Customers will receive free shipping for returns from the respective countries.

International Returns

  • Visit the webpage of SSENSE.
  • Login to your account and access the order history.
  • Request a return authorization. ( RA )
  • Return instructions and RA number will be sent to you through email confirmation.
  • Follow the given instructions to comply with the local postal service.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges at their own cost.
