For returning any item purchased from the store, the customer must have the gift receipt or original receipt to process the return. No mail returns are accepted at the store. 

Without the receipt, the transaction will not be accepted on presenting the debit or credit card. Once the return is made within 90 days and has been accepted by Dickies, store credits will be made in Merchandise credits.
