What is the Bikester Refund Policy?
In case of a wrong faulty item delivered, Bikester offers a free replacement warranty. The customer should contact the company within 48 hours of receiving the order. They should take photos and videos of the product and email them – firstname.lastname@example.org. They will give a full refund or replace the product after confirmation.
- Products damaged or misused will not be eligible for a refund.
- The policy lasts for 7 days only and after a lapse of 7 days, Bikester will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
- Products should be in their original packaging and condition.
How to Return?
- Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing email@example.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.
- Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can send the product you would like to return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Bikester Refund Policy
Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note that for all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as Gift Vouchers redeemable on bikesterglobal.com/shop. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Non-Eligible for Return
