What is Ann’s Cottage Return Policy?
Ann’s cottage delivers across the world. So, its return policy differs in different countries. It does not charge anything for returning its products inside the UK.
If customers want to return a faulty or unwanted product, they need to send it back within 30 days of receipt in its original condition. The product should be Undamaged and Unworn with all tags and security tape intact.
If the product developed a fault within 30 days of receipt, then the customers need to return with proof of purchase, and they will exchange or refund it. After 30 days, they will repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms in the Consumers Rights Act of 2015.
Ensure that the products being returned are not damaged or affected in any way.
There are two methods to return your product to Ann’s Cottage. These methods are as follows,
- Return Via Royal Mail
A return form is included on the reverse of the invoice which is always included in a shipped parcel. If customers are unable to find the return form, they can also click the ‘Returns Portal’ button on the page – https://www.annscottage.com/en/Returns/cc-11.aspx and they will be directed to the Ann’s Cottage Return Portal on the Royal Mail Website. Once you land on the portal, you can create a return label. Ensure that you include your name and postal address details with the items. The parcel can be dropped at any Post Office and it will come back to us.
If the parcel reaches you via the Parcel Force i.e Bodyboards, Large Luggage, then you will need to contact our customer service team on 01208869924 or Email firstname.lastname@example.org, to help us arrange a Parcel Force collection.
- Return via Ann’s Cottage Store
You can return your items to one of our shops but note that our shop will only function as a post office. Our shop keepers will not be able to deal with the returned items in any way (exchange or refunds). Ensure that your order details are included as well with the items. Our Web Team will take care of your returned parcels as soon as it reaches the Website Office (within 2 working days).
- International Returns
The cost of returning the items to the UK from an international location has to be borne by the customer. The company suggests that customers opt for a tracked or signed for service as they will be unable to process any refund until the item reaches back to them in intact condition.
